I doubt they have insider knowledge as such but they may be able to foresee what is coming (similar but not quite the same). I doubt they are bills shares.It makes you wonder why all these shares suddenly came up for sale,all of a sudden, insider knowledge ? Wonder if some of these were the last of Bills old shares..
