Not a chance, he'll be too slow getting to the "oche", then just touch the oche with his foot causing him to collapse in a heap on the floor. He'll then sit arms outstretched on the deck looking for a foul, when he eventually gets up 1 of his throws will hit a decent score on the board the other 8 won't even reach the target!
