ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

In spite of the nausea I feel whenever I see his rodent face, I actually think he's my favourite Liverpool player for a long time. The unbelievable responses to his repeated actions have revealed the true mentality of the kopite to the world. Can you think of one person who has dragged their name through the mud as successfully as he has? He could dig up Shankly's skeleton and teabag the skull, and as long as he was still contracted to Libpufudbolkloob the kopites would still have a sobwank while standing in front of his poster. It's brilliant. What's he going to do next? FSG must be ****ting themselves.

since when have you been able to ask where your money for a fine goes?! if i got a parking ticket, i couldnt ask the council to use the money to do up the potholes in my road ffs!

The derby would have been the equivalent of a footballing knighthood to every fair minded worldwide fan of this great sport to
to see this pond lifes career horribly ended with crunching tackle from Phil Neville.

What a way that would of been for Nev to forever embed himself in the minds of not just Evertonians but all supporters not assocciated with that kip. What a shame that can never happen ffs!!!

This is a disgraceful, cynical PR stunt by the club and the player to limit the damage. By including the Hillsborough families as a means of gaining sympathy for the little rat is truly abhorrent. If he or the club wanted to donate money they could just do it, to tag it onto this reprehensible action is the work of people who have no morals........

Was my first thought too.

100% this

Not only does that vermin go berserk in a match that was marking a day of remembrance for a HJC stalwart; his club reckon it's a great idea to add insult to injury by dragging the group's name into the disgraceful episode by offering the rat's money to it.

Un-****ing-believable.

A shower of toe rags.

They are ****ing vermin, I'm almost seeing Bill's big idea to move out of this city as a good thing.

So true, love to see what the deluded fans think of this considering that souness has been slaughted by them for mentioning hillsboro yesterday.

'' Actually biting happens quite often in rugby (both codes) and is a very primal human response in a fight or flight situation. The fact you call it a shameful act and not the behaviour of a man is a demonstration of the social boundaries we have constructed in our society. Just as we are all repulsed by spitting we have to acknowledge that our repulsion is a human construct which is informed by political, religious and tribal drivers. Luis clearly lost control yesterday and the normal constraints we impose on ourselves broke down.
No one here can claim not to have at one time or another to have lost control which is why the fake outrage is just laughable. This does not mean I am defending his action, how can I, I am bound to the same moral constructs you are. However the outrage by many on here is a lie and their responses are fuelled by their tribalism which turns a blind eye to the bad behaviour of players from their teams.

Luis is probably going to face a ban and a fine, Liverpool may decide to sell him and without a doubt sections of the media will attack him. However no one on here can claim any moral high ground because as humans we are all essentially flawed constructs, unable to live within the rules we have have constructed. ''

hahahahahahahahahaha
