That is first class! They really are a bunch of balloons. And that's the best thing about this latest furore: them lot will be spouting a whole host of this sort of nonsense, and we'll just be able to sit back and open the bag of Butterkist without having to lift a finger (other than eat said popcorn).

It makes the usual Monday morning feel less of a grind.

It's anyone's guess as the FA are rarely consistent.

I'd guess at somewhere between 6-10. It'll definitely drag into next season imo.

I think there is a consistency with them. It's not consistent carrying out of the letter of the law; it's consistent in the sense that any incident that makes a big media splash will see the book thrown at any player involved. That's why I'm confident he'll pick up a 6/7 game ban.

Assuming they cant take into account the ban he got for Ajax for the same thing I reckon 3-5.

If they can take into account he has been banned in another country that is part of UEFA for the same thing and he got 7 games before, then we might be looking at double that.

Any donations to that charity are I'm sure we'll-deserved, needed and received but I can't help but be cynical that is being used here.
