And it just so happens the 6th game was a 5-2 win. Can't possibly include the 5th game....but the 6th?? Yeah, that's fair enough.

only read the first few posts, but stopped at this one because it couldn't be beaten:

I bet you wouldn't be discounting the first 5 games if we'd won them. You can't just selectively scrap games to make us appear to be in a false position. Why not scrap the defeats we've had since the first 5 games too - in fact lets turn them into wins. We're prob top of the league.

Brendan had a full pre season, which obviously included the transfer window, and qualifyers in Europa to get to know things.
