They had Schwarzer in goal too who was about 56 and hadn't played a game for 18 months. Tomas Kalas at centre back who hasn't been seen since.

Hahaha an underrated part of the day that. Just dragging everything hopelessly wide but refusing to let it deter him from his quest.

Look at the team Chelsea could have started that day with. Cech, Terry, Luiz, Cahill, Cole, Hazard, Ramires, Oscar, Willian, Torres, Eto'o - and they still beat them without any of those starting!

It's interesting to note when reading his jarg the amount of times the word "me" or "I" or "myself" is used. It really is ALL about him and not the youngsters he's meant to be bringing through. Stevie Me really is a spot on name for him.

I read through that piece expecting to see he'd been given full control of the U18s or U23s. But he's basically making the tea for no marks on the Liverpool coaching staff.
