It's funny I know Ruddocks Nephew well and worked for his sister in law for a time a few years back. Decent lad and the brothers side of the family are a good bunch, I always enjoyed their company. I always ask them to pass on my regards for him scoring a winning goal for Everton in a Merseyside Derby and for awakening Big Dunc in 94!

He's a walking heart attack.

How can a ex athlete just let themselves go like that,mind you he was a hefty size player back in his day.

He would never have been no where near the PL now with the body fat and terrible diet he had when he was at Spurs and RS,with sports science,nutrition and the speed of the game today,he'd be lucky to have been playing in the conference.

I remember him being on Soccer AM about 4-5 years ago and he was out of breath just talking.
