I sat there entirely sober last night and agreed to myself that the current Liverpool team is the least fearful I've seen in many a man year.

Defensively there's no real talent or individuals who stand out as solid, reliable defenders and their keeper situation isn't the best.

There's some flamboyant midfielders and forwards but again there's no real top players who aren't either consistent or overly injury prone.

Don't get me wrong they're not a shabby team and they have some quality, although nowhere near the Liverpool of old.
 
Well Klopp definitely gets a tune out of what he's got 2 out of 3 times or so. Some smart results and obviously they reached the Europa Final - courtesy of a slice of luck here and a home 2nd leg there and a folding chair act from Dortmund and Villarreal. (No sh1t you can't tell me that they are better than those 2 sides). So I do think - mostly - he's a good coach but.... Not going to break the top 4 anytime soon. Might even finish behind us which would be a start!!!
