I'm worried there's been no sightings of the Ritalin kid off Redmen Tv for ages..

I imagine either he's been put into a semi induced coma for his own safety or they've upgraded the security locks on his cell.

Part of me thinks that us being positive about the Derby is a bad thing as it tempts fate

Another part of me thinks that our overall negativity surrounding it over the past few years has in some ways attributed to us not winning one

Bit of a quandary really. I'm not sure how to approach it, especially with what's been going on with Rodgers

All I will say is that Rodgers has yet to lose to us as Liverpool manager. Make of that what you will. It would be one heck of a turn around then if he were not only to lose the next one, but it was a catalyst to him getting the sack. Interesting times

Remind me again...
Didn't they pay double the buy-out clause for him, yet they were the only club in for him?!

That's the fella.

Brenda's head fell of when he lost his number 1 target, Depay to United, so once United sent a few false alarms out there by indicating they may bid £10 million for him (the price he was valued at) they thought they'd be smart arses and pay double that, just to be on the safe side and get the deal over the line.

That went well.

That'll be their angle should they lose though

"Let dem bitters have der win lar. We've got rid of Rodgers, it woz werth it lid! I'm not even bothered"
Or in their own language.....
lit dos biittars av der wim lars. Ve av gotten ridden ov Rodgers, het voz wert et led, hime gnot haven boffert.

...well articulated. I welcome other people's positivity but I'm too long in the tooth to feel the same. Despite their problems they still have quality and are only a point behind us. Saying that, there is the odd occasion when I watch a Derby in relaxed mode because we are better than them, the last of these was the 3-3 at our place when they scored late on. Hoping I'm like that in a couple of weeks.

So lets see, in the excuse/blame game off them weve had : Suarez leaving; new players having to adapt; new players not settling in; Sturridge's injuries; the Anfield pitch being unplayable; coaching staff having to be changed; and now we have.....

"Rodgers : We're nervy in front of the Kop"
"Rodgers can feel the nerves among his players as they have now won just two of their last five games at Anfield after being pegged back by Norwich.
But he says he sensed the same feeling when he took over three years ago, and insists the Reds are growing in confidence.
“The big thing about Liverpool is the beauty of playing at Anfield,” said the Liverpool boss. “It’s a real special place to play, but you’ve got to have courage and bravery to play here.
“There’s a big history at Anfield, but you have to embrace it and ensure you take the risk because you have to do that to play positive football.
“There was the same feeling of anxiety when I first came in, but we went on to make Anfield a real fortress for us.
“Unfortunately, we are having to rebuild that again and get the focus back on being really positive at home and I saw signs of that, particularly in the second half.”...................................................

So its not his fault...it was there before he came. No doubt hes hoping to progress in the Europa and have some horrible Eastern European trips as next cab off the rank blame wise.

Blame the pressure from the fans.. that will go well.

Couldn't be anything he's done wrong of course.
