They will try and link themselves with top managers in the same way they do with players, bang on about how
they are a European super power, then when they are turned down by said players and managers they will turn to the B/C list
and convince themselves that its planning for the future, they are now down with the likes of us ,Spurs,Southampton, chances are
West Ham will fare better in the search for a new manager

Klopp is damaged goods - look how he did with Dortmund this season and that's with a side with Subotic, Bender, Immobile, Reus, Hummels, Kehl and Błaszczykowski in it not Moreno, Allen, Borini, Lovren and Sakho. Only really picked up after he announced he was leaving.

Their form picked up two months before he announced his resignation.

It's a poisoned chalice of a job, post Suarez and Gerrard, and with Sterling on his way, there is a big rebuild job to do and I can't see them competing with Chelsea, City, Man Utd and Arsenal for the foreseeable.

There is no way they could attract a big name like Klopp or Ancelotti - they will have offers from some estabilished top clubs soon. If they sack Rodgers they will go for someone like Garry Monk or some young foreign manager. Or maybe some old git who hasn't won anything in years - likes of Hitzfeld, Hiddink or Capello.

After the Hodgson debacle, I would pee myself laughing if they got Capello. He stopped being good about 10 years ago and makes Hodgson look like Guardiola.

There was a certain level that Rodgers couldn't dip below. I fear that he has dipped way below the safety level now and he will be fired. We don't want him to be fired. Someone who knows a bit about football will come in now and see that lot right, the smelling of roses i like to call it. They always do, always have and always will come out smelling of roses whenever they go through a sticky patch.

They will sack him if they can get a 'Worthy' replacement. And if the can't get Klopp or Koeman then they'll keep him and work for a replacement behind his back until the have one.
