Having somehow contrived to get them into what appeared to be an unassailable position, he proceeded to blow it over four crazy days in April and May.

The question is not about how close they came to winning it, it is how the heck did they blow it......his stock should be low after last season, not high.

If I ŵas an RS fan I would have been furious.....instead they fell for the platitudes of the flim flam man.

He is a chancer who was found out against Chelsea on Demba Ba Day and had looked like a clueless bell ever since.

Having got rid of Rafael, Woy and Kingyman in quick succession they are really trying to believe that this fella can do it. Most of them know he's a Charlatan and a Fraud but the cult is strong enough to stop them from saying so. With a bit of luck they'll keep him for a while yet........
