...I presume this fella is ITK but who knows what the folk who matter are thinking on the other side of an ocean. For me, lots is about money and if they analyse BRs transfer record (which they surely do) will they give him more booty to spend in January. I suspect they will significantly restrict his spend and/or tell him to sell and create his own funds.
