New Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini is set to offer Steven Gerrard a move in January, unless the Liverpool captain agrees a new deal at Anfield. Gerrard also has a number of options to move to the United States next summer with New York Cosmos one potential avenue for the 34-year-old midfielder. But the Football Grapevine understands that a move to Serie A could be very appealing.

Tbh think he could do well in Italy.

Inter Milan have fallen from grace so so dramatically. they're utterly terrible, they were winning the champs league a couple of years back. i saw the average calibre players they were linked with the other day. was players like nastasic, chiriches, joel campbell and borini.

i know it was only papers, but shows how bad they are if they're only being linked with this calibre. as well as a washed up gerrard now.

one thing, why is it every goal scored at the kop end has to be referred to as "scored at the kop end"? think it was the chelsea game they said it again, cahill has scored at the kop end - why is it relevant? they don't say it for every single goal scored at any other end in football.
It's out of respect for the innovation of goal scoring, which of course was invented at the kop. Previously footballers just used to dribble aimlessly for 90 mins, thankfully for football Liberpewl invented goals and graciously allowed other teams to make their dull games more interesting. We've so much to thank them for.
