You hear these meaningless soundbites from managers, coaches and players all the time. Apparently every player who's not in the team, is playing well or not playing well gets the universal "he's working hard and stays behind after training to do extra...". It was said about Lukaku and Eto'o yesterday in fact.
Has anyone thought that with all these players staying behind to do extra work, that the training work they do daily isn't actaully long enough!
