If the Goodison derby was next week I'd be supremely confident. Not felt like that since the Hodgson derby of 2010
Never underestimate them Dave
i meant with that theyre lookin really rotten at the mo:s be arsed about them fluking a result against a team that will get relegated, they got lucky aparently against a team palying a game without about 8 new players after liverpool had bought their spine, they got trounced by west ham, city beat them without even getting out of first gear and they looked lost against a villa team, even failing to score against a team missing their captain and best player, the same team we scored 3 against with said player playing. they also failed to beat us despite us missing 12 players, including all the pace and energy that is the main focal point of our game. coleman, mccarthy, barkley and mirallas, not one or two - ALL of our focal points, as well as our fastest CB.
they'd be in the bottom 3 if they had our fixture list so far.
If there's no sendings off I think it's as good as curtains for Liverpool there. They're going to get smashed by Real Madrid.
Absolutely hammered.
I also reckon they'll learn exactly how it feels to be "penalty-to-Liverpool'd".If there's no sendings off I think it's as good as curtains for Liverpool there.
I think the way the matches have fallen for Liverpool have done them no favours whatsoever. Real Madrid are going to want this group lead secured before the final couple of games in it. They'll give Liverpool their best shot on both occasions...and maybe ease off the gas with Basle if they have the group under control.

Yep, the giant that is Madrid wont be getting mugged off.I also reckon they'll learn exactly how it feels to be "penalty-to-Liverpool'd".
Considering how turd our season has been so far it shows we will make those 4 points up no worries at all. All we need to look at is the league table with West Ham sitting 4th. Normality will resume in due course and nothing a good spanking by Madrid won't sort out on Wednesday
I normally don't care how they fare against other teams, but I'm actually looking forward to this now.Yep, the giant that is Madrid wont be getting mugged off.
Totally agreed mate but I think they will really struggle to qualify if they get dry bummed on Wednesday. What I heard today was a very weak manager who word for word copied what Gerrard said and it became obvious what an influence Stevie G laaaa has because it sounds to me like he done the post match team talk and Rodgers just took notes in his little gold filosofee bibleI don't want them to fall out the CL yet mate, last thing we need is that lot going into the europa you just know we would draw them

(but) i think theyll do a spurs of last season and keep on scrapin results, with the return of sturridge getting them the extra pts needed for 5th
the frustrating thing is just a little bit of backing in the transfer market then we beat leicester and palace (probably liveerpool too) and are sitting pretty in top 4.
i can't see who they'll finish above tbh, our squad pisses all over theirs, don't care if they laugh at that, it just is. we both have wrotten defences, but we have the best the best full back combination in the league, what do they have? sturridge is still out for another 21 points probably. spurs gave city a proper game the other day, they're hit and miss, but have a better squad, united have di maria who will carry them above liverpool. southampton have looked 10 times better than liverpool so far, is it too laughable to think they won't finish above them? i know the same was said last season.
who are liverpool's goalscorers when sturridge is out? OG's, penalties and sterling?
Don't forget deflections... stepped up big time today...
