Apart from against Spurs (which in hindsight doesn't seem a big deal) they've looked turd even when they won. Top 4 is out of the question, they'll be battling for the 5th - 8th places with us I think.

I can honestly see us finishing above them.

wait what?

what did he do that was legendary? won nothing with liverpool and newcastle and then scored that one goal for united when he was past it. legend is a term thrown about too easily these days

mate, it won't even be close if we can stop getting terrible luck with injuries. we went there with 12 players injured and they didn't threaten at all - spurs and united swept QPR away with ease, these played a 5 goal game where QPR scored 4 of them.

But same result,the scruffy gets come away with the three points and the meeja will gloss over the performance and crack one off about "der mighty reds"being in the mix for top four again.:rolleyes:

That result for them today: it reminded me a bit of the way they nicked that win at Fulham away last season. The major difference is that the shower of ***** they have now aren't capable of continually digging out victories like last season's Suarez-injected team.

I fully expect them to lose 8-10 times this season in the PL...Sturridge or no Sturridge.

:s be arsed about them fluking a result against a team that will get relegated, they got lucky aparently against a team palying a game without about 8 new players after liverpool had bought their spine, they got trounced by west ham, city beat them without even getting out of first gear and they looked lost against a villa team, even failing to score against a team missing their captain and best player, the same team we scored 3 against with said player playing. they also failed to beat us despite us missing 12 players, including all the pace and energy that is the main focal point of our game. coleman, mccarthy, barkley and mirallas, not one or two - ALL of our focal points, as well as our fastest CB.

they'd be in the bottom 3 if they had our fixture list so far.
