Won't last though, not with Sterling looking to leave. Inevitable once Real Madrid or Barca come calling. They can offer CL footy every year, not once in a blue moon as it is for Liverpool.

Really, would be surprised if Madrid wanted him now, don't they wait for players to fufil their potential and then buy them when they are the finished article, Ronaldo and Bale for example. Sterling will need to do more and consistent, could see City wanting him due to their team getting older.

I think Sterling is a really good player, but he's nowhere near the sort of class Real Madrid have been signing in recent years. Barring some sort of stratospheric improvement over the course of the season, I can't see it happening.

It's more likely that Brenda will run him into the ground, his hamstrings will go and he will be finished as a pace player at a young age just like Michael Owen was.

Surely Barca would only consider buying Sterling if they rated him a much better prospect than Del-boy? Can't see it myself.... one is over-hyped and over-used by both club & country and one is Spanish.
