Yep, laws of averages dictate that they should have won it once over the last 20+ years. They've always been mid to high big spenders. It's baffling really.

Depending on how you look at it they're the 3rd or 4th highest spenders in the PL era.

united fail to qualify for europe and can still attract players like di maria and falcao - liverpool qualify for champs league and couldn't attract anything near that level - nothing to do with money either as we've seen what they spend.

I don't think Pompey or Leeds ever spent anything like the rs have since the Premiership began to be honest mate.

I agree though mate if they ever appoint a manager who knows what they are doing with the money they have available...let's hope Brenda stays for another 18 months at least
