Sorry like but they have struggled against Villa for a few seasons at home so its nothing new, They have enough about them to beat most sides in the league, They will fall short against the top 3 IMO

Last year all the stars aligned for them to win the league and they still bottled it at the death. Everything fell their way. This year we'll see that last season was the aberration and 2010-2013 finished of 6th-8th are the norm.

Best thing is Rodgers will get at least another 18 months on the back of last season's fluke and by the end of that period he'll have still won nowt.

But we lost this game last season so the pythagorus rule would show that once you look at the overall pie chart of possession v chances created x defensive clearances shows that we've still got a great chance of making 86 points which if all other teams don't get 87 or more will see us win the title.

Yep, laws of averages dictate that they should have won it once over the last 20+ years. They've always been mid to high big spenders. It's baffling really.
