Oh i agree with this comment,in no way shape or form can ANY club be smug about whats happened racism is truely alive and well and seems to be gathering apace again sadly but some of the comments i've heard from my family over this lad is amazing..

"He's a footballer thats whats he is paid" for was one juicy quote from a cousin this evening,what a tool and i told him so utterly mindboggling that some RS supporters have this mindset,but then again the sheep are just following the clubs lead it seems to me becuase in all of this the club itself have been inept in its handling of the affair.

I don't think it has been professional really but I wouldn't say it's been the cause of the Oldham incident. You're going to have people like that regardless. If anything it's given it more press because of how topical it was.

No, it's got EVERYTHING to do with the saga itself, not the reaction in particular. Say if the club had come out and said they'd talk to Suarez and deal with the situation fairly and appropriately, you'd still get people adamant that Suarez didn't do it and feeling the need to take it upon themselves to shout racial slurs - it's a special kind of idiot that sadly exists.

Antonio we all know Suarez is a snide and what has happened is well within his snideiness but the club and Dalglish should of knew better its racism you can not back a convicted racist full stop .

Sorry but to me at least Liverpool acted in a petulant way,to hell with supporters for a moment,people ARE knobs,but the club when faced with this sort of thing HAVE to act in the right way.

Liverpool didnt not by a long way becuase if they have acted the right way,took it on the chin,they could have defused the situation its telling they didnt and Dalglish and his moronic players by wearing those jeseys have to my mind opened the door to this sort of thing i would love to know what the owner thinks of it all.
