exactly, that's why i was wondering on a clarification. I mean if chelsea are knocking it about on the half way line and terry trips suarez up in the box, who's about to make a run towards the half way line, that's not a pen is it.
 

Mourinho is very, very good. The "I'm not English, but.." is genius. What he's saying is complete bull****. But, you've got to take your hat off and give credit where it's due. He's playing the media game phenomenally.

It's not money that's problematic it's the signings you're making..... Sure I read that Rodgers alone has spent about 90 million since he's been there..... I'd say that sounds about right. I believe that for transfers, the club has put in place a committee that assess potential targets and determine whether bids should be made. Rodgers is on the committee.

Theres definately been a change in policy since Rodger's first transfer window, for the better you'd have to say, shrewd move from your board
