I think United will demolish them. Liverpool have shown their true form in the last week. United cant let that loss to them or the derby hiding slip by without pulverizing a local rival.

Regardless of the sewer rat emerging from his subterranean world, I dont think this will be close. Two clear goals margin for United here.

I couldn't decide where to put my money tonight & you've just made my mind up for me there Dave.

I shall obviously blame you totally should my wallet be a fair bit lighter about 10 this evening

Aye, they seem very disjointed since losing Coutinho. If United lose this one after the City game then there'll be hell to pay. Moyes will be desperate to beat them.

I'm surprised the bookies have United at better than evens for this.

That'd be the spoonful of sugar helping the medicine of a Liverpool win go down: the kite on Moyes afterwards explaining two losses to Liverpool and a mauling from City. It'd be almost worth enduring for that.

Liverpool bang on about what a massive club they are all the time but have the biggest small club mentality concerning local rivalries out of anyone in the league. They raise their game against us or United to a ridiculous level yet are quite happy to repeatedly get rolled over by some of the dross of this league at home time and time again. Their home defeats over the last few seasons have some embarassing names on there. They'll probably smash and grab against United tonight and will win thanks to one of a set piece/ Gerrard wonder-goal/ ill earned penalty and then defend as though its the world cup final. They'll then probably lose to Sunderland at the weekend. That's why they'll never get themselves back into a decent league position again because they can only be bothered if its us or United. Quite sad really.

I hope Suarez does something properly mental tonight.

I'm sure Moyes will get his senior pro's to whisper in his ear from the 1st minute mate.

With the mixture of the crowd abuse, Evra & a load of sledging on the pitch, you could easily seeing him snapping again if they were behind. The man will never be able to control his behaviour in the heat of battle imo.
