Because teams will pay it mate. I read on the Guardian that Arsene has an EXTRA £70 million this season for transfers. He has showed hsi hand that he wants Suarez and will pay stupid money to get him.

I hate everything RS but why should they accpet these offers? Based on the guys talent and what similar players are going for they are perfect entitled to ask for that much.

He will propobably go for around £45 mill due to his snideness but if they negotiate an extra £5 million or so good on them.

At the end of the day he had been banned twice for biting and also banned for being a racist, he will be banned again next season regardless who he plays for, this is the risk and money should be taken off for this. Liverpool are holding on cos they paid 35 million for Caroll and got 50 million for torres, these deals were mental and proven to be over-valued. The rs needed to understand ratboy deal cannot be compared to Torres and carol deal. PSG paid over the odds like they have done with most players, this does not reflect other deals around the world. Rooney will go for around 35 million the most.
