To normal people, yes. I think the definition of 'report' O'Keeffe is using is that it's a vehicle for his 'good friend' to pander to the nutcases on Liverpool fan websites by spewing out their bile all over the Echo and putting his name to it...just so he can stay onside of said nutcases and keep his job as a **** newspaper columnist in a **** newspaper.
