It's based on domestic matches, not European ones.

The award of the places IS based on European competition Fair Play (you will find info on the UEFA website somewhere) - the teams that are given it are the highest placed in their national league not already qualifying for Europe in those 3 nations. Pretty sure Fulham were top of this at the last count (but maybe an updated table has been produced). With Norway, Sweden and Finland in the first 3 places the probability of England (4th) overtaking them has all but elapsed (and remember clubs from those 3 nations dropped out of European competition some time ago)

Quite relieved to see the Didi Hamann Twitter stuff. I've seen him as a pundit a few times and he's always come across well, seemed a thoroughly nice guy. I had trouble linking him with KKKFC. I didn't want to like him, but I did.

Now I understand why. He is indeed a decent person and as a result has been vilified by the braindeads.

There's a BBC documentary called 'The Secrets of Scientology'. One thing it does is show up how anyone who doesn't tow the party line 100% becomes the scum of the earth in the eyes of believers, regardless of how respected or otherwise decent they are.
