The commentator and ex red mark Walter’s were trying their best to say that it would have been a travesty if the liberpewl goal had been disallowed, as although his arm was up there was no evidence that the ball deviated in its path after he touched it, so it didn’t matter that he’d handballed it…..

It sounded nonsense before I’d seen the footage, but it’s just a joke after seeing it, as blatant as a handball as you could get explained away as nothing, and actually unfair if it had been disallowed, just insane.

Zero integrity with the Beeb, so biased it’s untrue.

That's three of four games they could/ should have lost this season, without kind refereeing/ var decisions helping them out. Christ var almost let them draw yesterday's game ignoring the clear Salah handball ! Newcastle outplayed them for much of their game with 10 men.
