The reality of comparing them to the Wimbledon team will devastate them.

Winning the champions league last year and having a boss time in Madrid won't stop them from crying as someone says " You're a modern day Wimbledon team "

Then we can round house them with the killer line " HAHA THAT LEAGUE TITLE WIN WILL HAVE AN ASTERIX NEXT TO IT HAHA "

All in all, its clutching at straws at best.

Spot on this, It's been a joke on the beeb for years about how much they adore Tory FC - any and every article has to be linked to them in some way or other.

The love affair with Herr Gurn is cringe worthy as well, like he's some great innovator and tactical genius - it's the usual kopite blueprint they have adopted for years- run further, faster and longer and hit it up front early (kick and run), aided of course by Herr Gurns magic run run juice, making the likes of milner appear like he's 16 again - nothtng special to see here.

I still can't believe that McNulty is allegedly a bluenose, the fella has been hanging out of the shites arse since his days working on the shitrag Oldham Echo 30 years ago.

I Defo think it's the old double bluff, like Havrey, Gladys and Mr Barret et Al, who have singed up on this forum. Odd cats all round.

Tbf lad, the Everton ones are to raise money for charity, dunno about the Liverpool ones but imagine it would be the same. If it encourages people to wear masks and raises a bit of money for good causes you can't really complain imo.
