This has cleared it up for me. I wasn’t sure before because people seemed to be suffering all over the world, but now it’s beyond doubt that Liverpool fans are the real victims of the covid 19 pandemic.

Also I thought I knew what an asterix was but if they’re going to make a banner and DICTATE what it means to people then I guess I’ll blindly have to accept whatever is on that one banner.

It truly is unbelievable. Next thing you know they’ll be trying to somehow own the pandemic by attaching their anthem to it as a PR stunt to make up for the fact they furloughed their own staff and took money meant for small businesses, not caring one bit about taking attention away from Captain Tom and making sure it’s all fixated on them once again.

We got a new star player at the start of our Sunday league 'soccer' season here in Australia. He turned up for training in a full RS kit and made a big song and dance about how he played semi pro in his youth (to be fair, he is a cracking player at this level). I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt until I saw this post he put on FB, I won't link the video but it's from when that lot played a friendly at the MCG;
