It is, but he's walking in to a much higher standard of player than what he took over at Bournemouth.

I think the possible negative is having too many old heads that could undermine him as he hasn't won anything, but it's pretty much just Van Djik and Allison left from the old guard.

But I can’t wait for them to announce him.
To play his pressing game which is similar to Klopp you need a good back four.
They are nowhere near the back four Klopp had. Big Virgin was in his prime under Klopp, he’s not anywhere close to those levels now.

Didnt he have his whole back 4 taken off him and still done well?

And they could move on ,tripling wages ,etc.
