They were but I’m sure at one point Palace were sniffing round Tosun for about 15 mill, we take that and move on. Instead we were stuck with him for five years barely playing and get nothing back on him.
Gbamin barely played before he was injured but even if he had turned out rubbish I’m sure there would have been a taker in France Germany Turkey etc. Instead we got nothing on him.
Every club makes recruitment mistakes and can move players on. We made mistakes and then got stuck with a lot of them because they got crocked.
