ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Only downside of them losing every week is that it makes it more annoying that we lost at Anfield
Look at it another way: we started the rot.

Up until then all the talk was of them displaying the signs of champions by grinding out results despite not playing well. What with the refereeing decisions and the added time, the narrative after that flipped a little bit. That Liverpool need help to win games

That's the story I'm telling myself anyway!

Of the 6 PL games they've won this season, they needed a goal in the 10th minute of stoppage time to beat Newcastle, goals after 88 minutes to beat Bournemouth, an 85th minute goal to beat Southampton, a 95th minute goal to beat Burnley.
The other two wins were against Arsenal (could easily have been a draw) and us (if we'd turned up for the first half we could have got something too).
Take away their late, late goals and they would be in the relegation places.

They looked absolutely trash even after winning their first few games. It was like a house of cards wobbling in the wind.

It definitely became apparent to all in the derby that the officials were going to extraordinary lengths to bail them out

I'm hoping we can see a Liverpool draw against West Ham.

The important thing is that Liverpool dont panic and get shut of the daft Dutch tit.

Hopefully Liverpool get 2 or even 3 wins every 5 games - just enough to suggest he's not one of those lucky competition winners that gets the chance to sit in the dugout of their favourite team and 'be' a manager, but not enough for them to get CL football.

That, plus the stuff a lot of their shameless supporters are pushing over Jota, should keep him in his position this season.

But we'll be lucky to keep Slott at Liverpool beyond next summer. :(

Or lets hope they don't get another win while there is a 2 in the year.
