I was in town before and there was a few of them watching the friendly and celebrating like it was a final .

Im not talking about all their fans , as much as I hate them there are obviously their genuine fans . However about these watching it before or many of the full kit telly clappers I said to someone it’s like they cosplay as football fans . They’ve no real connection with the club, they don’t really have the passion of genuine fans of any club but they’ve seen them cheer with they score so that’s what they do they if it’s a friendly .

I feel it’s the same reason the full kit pub telly clappers stream out when the game finishes rather than celebrating and having a few beers like ‘normal ‘ fans do .
