I wish somebody would analyse the frequency and prominence of LFC stories on BBC sports website in comparison to other teams. This is just the latest example of a non story that they've published and without going full tinfoil hat, as someone who views that site daily I'm of the opinion that they're practically being advertised there. There was even a moment during the Peterborough coverage where the commentator just dropped some LFC anecdote in that had absolutely nothing to do with us, Peterborough or the situation in the game. They don't even bother hiding it.

They are now but it's been going on for years. As I said, in comparison to other teams my feeling from viewing the site daily is stories about them are more frequent and given more prominence even compared to teams in a similar position.

I read the story on the BBC. The fans with the fake tickets painted 100% as the victims, despite the fact that they mostly got in and saw the game on a cheap ticket most would have known full well was a blag. Wait, can't sing that song though, it's 'tragedy chanting'. Tragedy that their source of blag tickets has gone more like...
