In this case, 4 more years!
Can't see it myself. The last long contract they gave to a over-30 was to Gay Rights Henderson, and led to Edwards resigning. Now he's back and running the show. I'm guessing St Virgil wants 3 years, the RS want 1 year and might compromise to 1 year plus an option on a second. I'm guessing Snot knows to pick his battles until he wins something and gains more influence, so won't kick up a fuss if it leads to separation. Worst case he can use it as an excuse if it all turns pear shaped next season.
