Not gonna say he's massively on the decline as he's still about five times better than any player we've had in 30 years, but it would be proper typical for Liverpool to have been able to enjoy a truly world class Salah for 5 years and then still be able to sell him for over £100m when he's on a downwards curve at 31 years old. They may very well have ended up getting £150-170m for Salah, Fabinho and Henderson.

Saudi Arabia is a god send for them and other top teams. They are going to get massive fees and big wages off the books for top players past 30 and fees they wouldn’t get anywhere else for fodder like Henderson.
