ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

he's a good player, very good in fact. I do feel that Brighton slapped the large price tag on him thinking that it would deter some clubs. Arsenal initially, then Chelsea and now the RS have been foolish enough to cough up the inflated fee...

The fee is utter madness.....BUT....he is one hell of a player, already one of the best in the position in the league, and he is still very young.

I do think that Laviais going to be the better deal, at half the price and a similar ceiling.

Caicedo €140m
van Djik - €85m
Núñez - €80m
Szoboszlai - €70m
Alisson - €62m
Keita - €60m
Diaz - €60m
Jota - €45m
Fabinho - €45m
Mac Allister - €42m
Gakpo - €42m
Konaté - €40m

Liverpool don’t spend money!!!!
Alisson was above €80m IIRC. Keita £60m. Money to burn, Liverpool. Can't hide my jealously though.

You know they are only going for Brighton players because Southampton are relegated don't you? Save money by leaving the scouts on the south coast. Thankfully Bournemouth are still in the league so they can get £60m for some drivel like Curtis Jones

They've definitely replaced their midfield issues in one window.

He's an elite destroyer, number stack up, he's up their with Rodri and Rice for tackles, duels won and interceptions last season.

Transfer fees thanks to Boehly have gone ridiculous, they needs to be a transfer cap of sort, the fees are spiralling out of control.

Iz ee der next Nabbee Keita mate???
