ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I don't have the hatred for them like a lot do and its pretty much guaranteed they've won the title now, sucks but i'll get over it. I just sure as hell don't want them winning it at Goodison, i wouldn't want anyone other than us to win it here but with them it will be even worse cause that's all you're see for months and years to come.
That shower winning the league at our home will be a stain that we’ll struggle to ever rid ourselves of.

Arsenal are Everton MK2 in these types of games. Will flap it and get battered.

Yet weirdly, City have lost more league games than Arsenal this season. They’ve been a different entity under Arteta, who will feel he has a point to prove going back to City.

I hope you’re right but I wouldn’t be surprised if they turned City over. In Auba and Lacazette, they have top quality at that end of the park. In Saka and Bellerin they have quality full backs and a reasonable GK in Leno. Their achilles heel is their spine.

Current table is now :

Liverpool : played 29 points 82
Man city : played 28 points 57

Liverpool need to be 25 points clear after the derby to win the title cause City will only be able to get 24 points. Thus if City lose their next 2 games liverpool will be champs before the derby.

If City pick up 1 point from their next 2 games liverpool will need a draw or win to win the title at Goodison.

If City pick up 2 or 3 points from their next 2 games liverpool will need to win at Goodison to win the title.

If City pick up 4 or more points from their next 2 games Liverpool cannot win the title at Goodison.
Prays for city to get 4pts

Absolute rubbish that they've been different, or improved under Arteta.

Knocked out of Europe by a bang average Olympiakos, and both us and Moyes West Ham should have come away from the Emirates with results.

Their poor performances outweigh the good ones since his appointment.

In the 11 games before Arteta’s appointment, Arsenal lost 4 games and picked up just 11 points.

In the 11 games since Arteta’s appointment, they’ve lost just 1 game (last minute winner from Tammy Abraham) and picked up 18 points

They have absolutely improved, that’s not even in doubt. Much harder to beat for starters.

He’s doing a very good job and Arsenal fans, to a man will tell you the same.
