BBC radio news have just quoted Merseyside Police as saying last night “were the worst scenes ever seen at a European Final”…I thought 39 innocent Juventus fans losing their lives at Heysel on 29th May 1985 was the worst?

The very sad thing about last night is that their behaviour has thrown “the dead cat on the table” and taken any potential comment on the 37th anniversary of Heysel being accompanied by a Liverpool Football Club victory parade.

Who will get the blame for the chaos they will cause in the City of Liverpool this afternoon?
