This is disgraceful but doesn't suprise me, apparently Liverpool and the council have earmarked the anniversary of Heysel for the date to have an homecoming parade if they win the CL, disgusting but hardly a suprise from the same club who moaned about City fans behaviour after a recent semi final

They’ve don’t their best to airbrush the thing out of existence, and the council have helped them, so this doesn’t surprise me.

The stupid excuse that they couldn’t do it on any other date as the players will have to join up with their international teams is just bollocks - do it later in the summer, do it on any other date but the anniversary of their greatest shame and disgrace.

This will obviously backfire on them spectacularly as thousands of Blues, self included, will do all they can to publicise this rather unfortunate 'coincidence'.
