They’re not taking it well. Who knew so many of them were concerned about ‘sports washing’? They want a PL where everything is stacked in their favour and the media are fawning over them 24/7. anything that doesn’t align with this gets them absolutely irate. They’ll position themselves as Newcastle’s rivals now for no reason whatsoever and try to make out that they’ve won things organically. There’s nothing this lot won’t make all about themselves. Hope Newcastle take their CL spot just to watch their heads explode. They’ve had it so good for so long with everything in their favour yet still whine more than any fan base

I hate them more than anyone I also hate the toon. Newcastle taking a champions league spot means less champions league sports for Everton to take. I would rather we take there champions league spot. The aim for Everton has to be consistently getting champions league football at some point. I would rather we achieved that goal before the toon did. Liverpool look like the the team that is likely to weaken the fastest in the top 4 aging squad owners that don’t like to spend. When they finally(hopefully)fall away in the league. That’s true that’s why they are the devils club. On a serious note if they did have a sustained period of terribleness. like Arsenal at the moment there horrible glory hunting fans would abandon them.

I question this. Apart from the initial 6 or so, the rest are average, but somehow Klopp manages to get them to play like peak Brazil. As we see when they leave, they are bang average.

It's a mad thread this, we want their best players to leave so that they're crap but we also want them to stay so they go bankrupt. They're skint but also they spend loads of money.

Can't get my head round being that arsed about them and everything they do, and my 2 lads support them ffs. Completely ignoring them has worked for me up to now (the RS, not my lads).

Mate half of all the posts you made when you first signed up was about them.

IIRC Moyes has a similar regular meeting with senior players...to help him stay in charge and put down revolts.
