City wages are not £263 million lol.

They got the help of a Tory Donor who has a banking links in tax free Cayman Islands.

They divert a percentage of the players wages to another Company House based there to bring the wages/turnover % down in the turnover results.

That was in the Die Speigel expose, that scam has been going on even before they got caught by UEFA for FFP violations.

They divert a percentage of the players wages to another Company House based there to bring the wages/turnover % down in the turnover results.
