The depths the media sink to in their deification of RS non-entities never surprises me in spite of the inarticulate garbage they spout. I wont bat an eyelid when I switch on R4's "Today" programme to find Jason McAteer or Neil Ruddock standing in for John Humphrys.
.
John Barnes doing the weather, "Red sky at night", every bloody night.

I think it was quite a nasty tackle irrespective of who was on the receiving end.

It was nothing compared what Mane did to Ederson and they tried to blame Ederson!
They then got all indignant that a ref actually dare send off one of their players...
It was crude tackle admittedly but it wasn't worthy of the hysteria they created about it.

That’s absolute nonsense. Utter drivel.

The Mane foul on Ederson was in an attempt to get the ball. It was a nasty clash and personally I think a red card was right, but there was absolutely no intent at all.

This wasn’t a “crude tackle” - it wasn’t a tackle at all - it was a full on kick of a young kid. The only intent was to kick him.

I’m not indignant about it, the fella was rightly sent off. But your post is drivel.
