I was saying besides them, Norwich is the least ambitious club in the league. They don’t have an asset stripping hedge fund in charge like Coventry or a complete deadbeat like Charlton. They just don’t care enough to try harder.

When they were last relegated in 2001 they had been in the top flight for 34 years (the longest they'd ever been), and Everton had been there for 47. Everton have been in the top flight longer than anyone, but not continuously.
