Well there is no need for that. I just thought it was a little patronising. I was just confirming what people thought about it and also to raise the awareness levels in the community.
 
But seriously though.. This sounds extremely dodgy and suspicious. Even if it sounds like a great deal.. I'd pass it and see if I could get the phone sold the regular way. Might loose out on some money, but it will be safer.
 
Absolutely. Thing is its not my phone, I'm doing it for a friend. Someone who is not up on computers. So he would probably try and sell it.

Its not the first time either. I run a web studio and I work from home with a global client base. Got a possible contract from Nigeria, and it turned out to be a very elaborate scam, which I spotted in time.

Pain in the arse they are.
