I agree with you but it shows how poor this squad is when we are desperate for him to come back even though he wouldn't make the starting 11 of most other Prem clubs.

FWIW I rate him, his passing, shooting and crossing and we definitely miss him. It's not his fault that he's surrounded by dross in the midfield and forwards that fire blanks.
