What's clear is the team's slow evolution has bypassed needing to fit in Doucoure as a number 10. Ndiaye out left and McNeill tucked inside gives much better options on the counter so it will stay like that and Doucs will probably go in January with six months left on his deal.
If he can continue this form and we can get more solid at the back with Jarrad back…dare I hope!
