I am amazed that we, the fans, know that yet moyes is putting him for the second time on the right. You have to wonder if moyes has seen a lot of our matches in the last couple of years.Dwight will never ever be a solution on the right. Just cannot go on the outside at all. He’s left, he’s centre, or he’s nothing.
Absolutely what I was thinking. I even saw Dwight play on the right for Burnley years ago and he was awful then too. Like putting Sheedy on the right wing, just painful to watch. For al Harrison’s faults, he can go inside or out when he’s played on the right.I am amazed that we, the fans, know that yet moyes is putting him for the second time on the right. ????Dwight isn’t a winger![]()
He's twenty-five and made over 200 league appearances for Burnley and ourselves, all in the PL, and still can't use his right foot. A summer won't fix that.I said it last game. Do not put him on the right unless he works big time on his right foot in the off-season. He doesn't look comfortable there at all.
It is actually very easy to work on your weak foot. You have to consciously make the effort to do it though and frequently. Same as weak hand in basketball. It is very very possible. It's a mental game to get yourself out of your comfort zone then you develop the technique. He's twenty-five and made over 200 league appearances for Burnley and ourselves, all in the PL, and still can't use his right foot.
