I understand it's about opinions but I disagree. He's only 20 and playing in a very negative side. ATM Were not much better than Burnley but we have more potential and stick him with a better manager and players he'll only improve.

I get what you saying but neither Bernard or Iwobi offer anything like enough for what a coach like Carlo is going to want, if we stick with 4-4-2 then our wide men need to produce and neither of those are even remotely good enough. Having said that a RW and CM are more important, although we do seem to only get linked with left wingers which is a bit weird tbh.

Him and Grealish would be more intriguing than Bale and James imo. The latter 2 have nothing to prove and are in their later stages of their careers.

Hardly anything to shout about though is it? £120k a week for a 27 year old (should be playing at his peak now) The reason why Bernard isn’t getting much game time is Carlo obviously don’t rate him much. I like Bernard but he often goes missing and is inconsistent (like most of the current squad)

It's an impossible comparison to make because of how Burnley play. It's not too far off comparing our players to City's. The numbers aren't ever going to line up well.
