I logged in 10 minutes prior to kickoff to purchase the match, the website took an age to load up the stream and by the time it did i had missed the first 20 minutes of the game, i managed to watch for 5 minutes before my acount was mysteriously logged out. So i log in again and had to wait for a further 5 minutes for the stream to load before getting logged out once again because the site decided i was sharing my account which was not the case, i finally got logged in once more and managed to catch the last 7 minutes of the game. I'm sure you agree that this service is unacceptable as i have paid for 90 minutes of the match and will only catch around 2/3rds of the game, i look forwards to your response."

Just sent that to Everton's support email, absolute joke nsno my hairy arse! I'm gonna try and get the motherwell game for free for my inconvienience or i won't be using this service ever again.

Watching people fume is more entertaining than the actual match anyway. I just don't understand how the IT department can be so inept. This is not a one off. It happens EVERY year.

It'll be the people fuming and asking for their money back who will fume that the club have no money to sign players.

If 250,000 people paid their preseason eTV subscription (working or not) we could afford to sign Pienaar.
