He honestly needs to go somewhere to manage full time if he wants to ever be the manager here. Rangers I feel MIGHT be too big a step but still, it's better than just sitting on the bench here.
Rangers may like the fact that he could save them a bit of cash by ‘putting the cones’ out himself!

Think Rangers would be mad to appoint him. He definitely should go and get managerial experience somewhere though if he harbours any ambitions of being a successful manager, let alone managing Everton.

Think rangers would be perfect for him, it he's got anything about him he'll be atleast challenging Celtic every year for the cups.
If he hasn't got it he'll be shown up and can come back as a coach and put to bed any ideas he's got of managing us.
